NC Engenharia starts as a Monsanto representative to sell candles.

1992

Commercial relationship with Otto H. York as a distributor of Demister Mist Eliminators.

1993

Development of MaxiChevron (Vane) mist eliminators.

1995

Otto York license to manufacture the first MaxiMesh® mist remover in the southern hemisphere.

1997

Koch Industries acquires Otto H. York Company.

1999

Development and manufacture of ceramic saddles.

2003

Beginning of a JV with Koch Glitsch in Brazil giving rise to Clark-Koch.

2004

Development and manufacture of its HeliFlow® cyclones for gas-liquid separation.

2005

Start of production of FlexFiber® and FiberBed® mist eliminators.

2006

Manufacture of the first complete absorption tower for the sulfuric acid plant.

2010

Development and manufacture of FoamBreaker Cyclones for three-phase separators.

2015

Acquisition of Koch Glitsch’s shares in the JV and becomes Clark Solutions.

2020

The world’s first sulfuric acid SAFEHR plant begins to run.
